Free Shipping
All AI Smart Cooler Vending Machines ship free within the continental United States. Shipping is included in your purchase price, no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Freight Shipping (LTL Delivery)
Due to the size and weight of our vending machines, all units ship via freight carrier (LTL), not standard parcel delivery. This includes:

- Lift-gate delivery to lower the machine safely from the truck
- Appointment scheduling, the freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window
- Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery

Delivery Timeline
Machines ship from a US warehouse, with typical delivery in 7-14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Exact timelines will be confirmed once your order ships.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect the outer packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves, then contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it at no cost to you.
